Showing all aspects of buying an #islandliving home or a #highanddry home both offer a great lifestyle on the water or near the water, a home or a condo. I motivation is to serve and educate on any options a buyer chooses to consider. Taking a genuine interest in listening to their desires, while being honest about the local perspective, trends, and city codes.

I am hard-working, and I believe loyalty to my clients is of number one
importance. I am proud to say that helping people, not commissions as at the heart of my
business plan, which has proved successful for all concerned.

I grew up in Sydney Australia "on the beach" swimming and enjoying the outdoors. So,
Florida and the island City St Pete Beach is location, location, location, to live and work in. Tampa Bay happens to be the same latitude north as our place in Australia's latitude South. (Similar aquatic beach life)
